Patients can sign up for an in-person or a telemedicine visit with Dr. Burrell using our electronic health records platform. You will provide basic personal and medical history information.

Connect with a Physician

Through our online portal or by calling the office- you can select and schedule a new patient appointment. We welcome in person or telemedicine appointments.

Diagnosis & Prescription

The physician diagnoses the patient’s condition during the visits and may prescribe medication or treatments as necessary.

Follow-Ups As Needed 

Patients can schedule follow up appointments or check-ins with the physician to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans if needed.

Yes, we are currently in network with BCBS-VT, VT Medicaid, MVP, Cigna, and Aetna. Please reach out to the office for more information.

Currently, Dr. Burrell is available as a primary care physician as well as a specialist, depending on insurance. She also offers preventative exams, PRP injection therapy, Nutritional IV therapy, Vitamin Injections, and in-office lab draws for her patients.

Yes, many patients may be transferring from other clinics and you may request a release of health information form to get your records transferred to the Bendavid Clinic. Dr. Burrell is currently accepting new patients!

The Bendavid Clinic offers integrative primary care and specialized services for complex chronic illnesses such as POTS and dysautonomia, lyme and tick borne illness, mast cell activation, and autoimmune issues, gastrointestinal disorders and chronic pain management.
