Naturopathic Doctor / Primary Care

Dr. Christina Covey, ND

I am a licensed naturopathic physician offering family medicine here in Vermont. I especially love working with pediatric and adolescent populations, mental health, hormonal and menstrual conditions, and gut health. I utilize a wide variety of tools including homeopathy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, botanical medicine, and diet and lifestyle counseling.

I completed my naturopathic training through Sonoran University of Health Sciences in June 2020. Upon graduation I completed two years of General Medicine Residency with a focus in Homeopathy. After years of study and practice in Arizona, I am thrilled to be back in Vermont and serving my community here!

While there is much to love about this path, my favorite aspect is connecting with patients and getting to witness their growth and healing. I am a strong believer in meeting patients where they are and standing alongside them on their healing journey, regardless of what that looks like.

About Me

Outside of the office, you can find me cooking or baking, exploring the great outdoors, tending to my growing collection of houseplants, and cuddling my kitty Jeremiah King. Vermont feels like home to me in every season — whether I'm hiking a trail, foraging at a farmers market, or simply enjoying the quiet of nature. I'm a firm believer that joy, rest, and connection are just as important to health as any treatment plan. I look forward to meeting you!
