About Me
Outside of the clinic, I find joy in connecting with my community, exploring Vermont's natural landscapes, and seeking out experiences that remind me why whole-person health matters so much. I'm passionate about food as medicine — and yes, that means I enjoy cooking and eating well. I believe the same warmth and curiosity I bring to patient care should show up in every part of life. When I'm not seeing patients, you'll often find me reading, spending time with people I love, or exploring new ways to grow — personally and professionally.
