She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and brings a strong background in healthcare operations, billing, and administration. She works behind the scenes to help ensure billing is handled accurately and efficiently and is happy to assist patients with billing and insurance-related questions.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her son and dog, staying active, exploring health and wellness, and tackling home decorating and organization projects.
