Tessa supports the clinic’s human resources and financial management, bringing a background in educational leadership and a passion for building healthy, sustainable organizations. She holds an MBA and an MA in Coexistence and Conflict Resolution and works closely with the Bendavid Team to promote a sustainable balance between the clinic’s short-term needs and its long-term goals for both patients and employees.

Outside of work, Tessa enjoys being outside in the sunshine, playing soccer, swimming in lakes, and spending time with the people she loves.
