Riley Goodrich

NBC-HWC, M.Ed, RYT-200 / Health & Wellness Coach

Riley (she/her) is a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, registered yoga teacher, and patient educator. A two-time graduate from the University of Vermont, she holds an M.Ed in Integrative Health Education with focus areas in sustainability and behavior change. Riley blends an evidence-based coaching approach with lived experience, as she lives with hEDS/POTS/MCAS/ADHD herself.

Through her coaching, Riley brings a joyful and compassionate lens to traditional motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. She values collaborative healthcare, genuine curiosity, and centering joy. Her approach draws from positive psychology, health at every size (HAES), and seeing neurodivergence as a strength, which define her unique coaching style. Riley’s clients describe her as warm, empowering, and deeply understanding of their lived experience.

About Me

My favorite thing to do is to spend time outside with my partner Dan and our corgi Winnie on Lake Champlain. We love to find new places to take Winnie swimming and hiking, and our adventures are almost always followed by a maple cremee (even in the winter!).

When I’m not working, you’ll find me going to yoga classes almost daily and sitting silent meditation retreats as much as I can. Mindfulness is a core value of mine, and defines how I move through life and hold space for others.
